Hong Kong stocks return from break to slump in morning

HONG KONG, (APP/AFP): Hong Kong stocks plunged almost four
percent in the morning session Thursday as investors returned from the Lunar New Year break to play catch-up with a rout that has hammered global stocks this week.
The Hang Seng Index lost 3.95 percent, or 762.14 points, to 18,526.03 by the break
