Hardcore terrorist, criminals arrested
PESHAWAR, (MILLAT ONLINE):The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has
arrested during an operation near Suri Pul area on Grand Trunk (GT) Raod here on Friday.
According to CTD sources, Muhammad Bilal who belonged to banned organization had abducted and killed a police constable Anwar Ali in 2014.
Muhammad Bilal is a resident of Bara subdivision in Khyber
Agency, the CTD sources said and added that he was shifted to disclosed location for further interrogation.
Meanwhile, security forces have arrested more than 20 people including criminals and suspects in a search operation in Pishtakhara area of the metropolitan city.
Weapons and narcotics were also recovered in the operation
which was conducted in Danishabad and adjacent areas on the directives of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Sajjad Khan.
Cases were lodged against the arrested people and
investigations were kicked off.
