BAJAUR AGENCY, Oct 21 (APP): The two-day annual gathering of Jamaat-i-Islami will start from Saturday at Azakhel to be attended by JI workers and leaders from across the province and FATA. The local leaders of Jamaat-i-Islami claimed that large number of people from Bajaur agency would participate in annual congregation. Talking to reporters, JI Bajaur Ameer Qari Abdul Majeed said that the party workers have accelerated their efforts to bring maximum number of people from Bajaur agency in the two- day long public gathering of the party. “We have launched a massive campaign to meet with people of all walks of life including tribal elders, youth, religious leaders and workers of various political parties to convince them about participating in the annual congregation. The JI leader said that the party had launched a massive joining drive in the agency in which so far some 5,000 people from different walks of life and areas have joined the JI and keen to attend the annual meeting.
