ISLAMABAD, (APP): All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC)
Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has stressed the need to settle the Kashmir
dispute through meaningful tripartite dialogue.
He said it must involve Pakistan, India and the genuine Kashmiri
leadership for durable peace and stability in the region, Kashmir Media Service reported.
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement issued in Srinagar asked the
leadership of Pakistan and India to exhibit foresightedness for resolving the lingering dispute.
He called for involving the Kashmiris in any dialogue process aimed at
settling the Kashmir conflict.
The Mirwaiz paid glowing tributes to prominent martyred liberation
leader, Muhammad Maqbool Butt, on his martyrdom anniversary and said that for taking the mission of Kashmiri martyrs to its logical conclusion, the people needed to remain steadfast and show complete commitment towards the liberation movement.
