NA Opposition Leader denounces words used for Parliament in public rally

ISLAMABAD, (MILLAT ONLINE):Opposition Leader in the
National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah Thursday denounced words used for
parliament in the public meeting organized by the opposition parties on the
Mall road in Lahore.
He said PPPP respects the parliament and will always do so. Speaking on a point of order he
said, “the words used against the parliament are painful for me, for democratic people
and for the entire nation”.
“The
PPPP respects Parliament and will always continue to respect
Parliament. It is not responsible for the behavior of others but will
never endorse
disrespecting Parliament,” he added.
He raised slogans in favor of Pakistan and democracy and said that Pakistan and democracy will remain forever. He said that PPPP leadership had rendered unmatched sacrifices
for the democracy and supremacy of the parliament.
He said that it was the parliament, who made Pakistan’s atomic power,
passed 18th amendment, transferred the powers to provinces and made legislation
for the welfare of the common men.
