Coalition govt carries out unprecedented uplift projects: PM
ISLAMABAD, Sept 5 (APP): Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf
on Wednesday said that the PPP-led coalition government has carried
out unprecedented development projects despite competing financial
compulsions during its tenure.
He urged the parliamentarians to focus on the completion of
ongoing development projects and said that he had already
directed the Ministry of Finance to release the requisite funds.
The Prime Minister was talking to the parliamentarians,
who called on him separately at his chamber in the Parliament House.
He told the parliamentarians that they should be proud of the
fact they were part of the historic effort to restore the 1973
Constitution in its original form, which would herald a new beginning.
The parliamentarians thanked the Prime Minister for his
support and his keen interest in the welfare of the people. They
