challenges.
In a message on the death anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad
Ali Jinnah, the Prime Minister said the day also calls for creating
unity for an enlightened, prosperous, moderate, welfare Islamic
State in line with the Founding Father's vision.

generation about the teachings of Quaid-e-Azam and said the
educational institutions and media need to have a greater role in
this regard.
He said there was an immense need to recall the teachings and
principles Quaid-e-Azam espoused during the eventful struggle for
creation of a new state for the Muslims of South Asia.
He called for adhering to the guiding principles of the Quaid,
given a plethora of challenges the country was confronted with, at
both domestic and external fronts.

constitution, both in letter and spirit, during the freedom struggle
and created a new State on the basis of ballot and not bullet.
The Prime Minister said Pakistan came into being through a
democratic struggle and its future also lay in the continuation of
democracy.
He said extremist, terrorist and militant forces, which sought
to undermine the national fabric by trying to attack the State and
its institutions, violated the Quaid's vision of Pakistan.
He reiterated government's firm resolve to leave no stone unturned to
defeat and eliminate these anti-Pakistan forces.
The Prime Minister said the people were the protector of
Quaid-e-Azam's legacy and Pakistan's ideology was potent enough to

The Prime Minister also paid homage to martyrs who laid down
their lives during the freedom struggle and the fight against
