Amendment in dual nationality not being made for any
individual: Kaira

     LALAMUSA, July 8 (APP): Federal Minister for Information
and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira said on Sunday that
amendment in dual nationality was not being made only for
an individual, rather it was being made for all those Pakistanis
whose hearts beat with their country. 
     Talking to mediamen at the Lalamusa Press Club and various
delegations at Dera Kaira, he said that Parliament had
the authority to make amendment in the Constitution.
     He said that dictatorship could not get roots
in the country, if all political forces do not
make part of dictatorship.
     He lamented that in past some political forces
mingled with Ziaul Haq to get executed Shaheed Zulfikar
Ali Bhutto and some forces welcomed the dictators by
beating drums. 
     He said, "We are pursuing BB Shaheed's
politics of reconciliation." 
     In democracy, the mandate of each other is honoured,
he said and added though PML-N left PPP but his
party did not leave PML-N in Punjab.
     Kaira said that Pakistan had been in dialogue
with the US and Nato and we have cleared that we are
the solution of problems and not the cause of problems.
     He said peace could not be established in the world
without establishing peace in Afghanistan. He said the
US had sought pardon after accepting the demand of
Pakistan and also conveyed that it would not interfere
in the internal affairs of Pakistan.
     Regarding terrorism, he urged every individual to
play his role for ending this menace.
