Malik Riaz's counsel expresses distrust on commission

LAHORE, Aug 30 (APP): Zahid Hussain Bukhari, counsel
of Bharia Town's owner Malik Riaz, Thursday expressed
distrust on the commission constituted by the Supreme
Court for investigation in Arsalan Iftikhar case.
Talking to media at the Lahore High Court, Zahid said
that Arsalan did not answer allegations levelled against
him but he refused to accept NAB investigations by raising
unnecessary allegations and succeeded in his goal.
He said that the apex court should constitute the
commission after hearing stance of both the parties.
To appoint an investigation officer on the will of
an individual is illegal and unconstitutional, Bukhari
added.
To a question, he rejected the commission headed by
Shoaib Suddle and added that the legal endeavour would be
made against the court order.
