UNITED NATIONS, United States, (APP/AFP) –
The UN Security Council will meet at 2300 GMT on Friday to vote on a French draft resolution that would lay the groundwork for a UN police presence to help quell violence in Burundi, diplomats said.
The measure would request that UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon
